RIB EYE STEAK (12 OZ)
Cut from the rib. Very tender and smooth-textured with a robust beefy taste. We;ll grill it to your liking.
Nine ounces hand trimmed filet, grilled over hickory and mesquite. They call it tenderloin for a reason.
