Café And Then Some is a full-service restaurant, as well as a performance group that produces original musical comedies.
The shows are usually social satires and the songs within are parodies of all kinds of music.
Each one of the shows develops with the audience as a full partner.
During the first few weeks of a new Café show, guests will see changes taking part based on audience feedback. That's why a show might seem to be based on an entirely different script later in its run.
It’s like watching sausage being made, but just more fun for everyone.

Dusted in corn meal, dep-fried and served with homemade pimiento cheese and a roasted red pepper coulis
Bubba's Spring Rolls
Crawfish and tasso ham sauteed with onions, peppers and collards, rolled up in a spring wrap, deep fried and served with Creole sauce & hot mustard
Our chef ain't Greek, but he makes this classic from scratch! Spinach, feta, garlic and onion are wrapped in filo and baked. Served with a side of tzatziki sauce
Norma Jean's Spicy Southwestern Dip
Melty, warm, yummy smoked Gouda with chunks of artichokes, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and a real attitude! Servied with warm, crispy, crunchy red, blue and yellow corn tortillas
Southern-fried Chicken Tenders
A mess of hand-breaded, deep fried whole chicken tenders served with a side of awesomeness
Spinach and wild mushrooms tossed in a sun-dried tomato and bacon vinaigrette. Topped with feta, roasted red peppers & spicy roasted pecans

Farm raised trout from Cashiers, NC. Lightly dusted with home-made breading and deep-fried crispy and tender. Topped with corn relish. Served with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach
Chicken beast tenderloin and kielbasa delicately seasoned and grilled. Served over a flavorful Creole tomato sauce with Jasmine rice and our own crunchy homemade fried okra
Blackened Chicken Pasta
Blackened chicken breast served over our wonderful new mac & cheese: tasso ham, pico de gallo, cheddar and pepper jack cheeses & pigtail pasta
Shrimp & Grits
Chili-seared shrimp & smoked southern sausage served with an Ancho pepper sauce over stone-ground yellow grits
Guinness Pork Chop
Frenched pork chop, char-grilled to perfection and splashed with Guinness BBQ sauce! Served with sweet potato waffle fries & roasted peppers
Catfish filets prepared your way: either blackened, grilled or fried! Served with a tasty Creole sauce over Jasmine rice
Sauteed bay scallops & mushrooms in a Mornay sauce with parmesan and brandy and topped with mashed potatoes. Served with haricot verts
Aged Beef Filet Tournedos
Twin petit filet mignon, aged on the premises, hand cut, bacon-wrapped & grilled to order. Topped with mushroom red-eye gravy and served with mashed potatoes & vegetable du juor

A huge homemade chocolate chip cookie baked during the show and served warm at intermission smothered in Breyer's Vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and peanuts. Not for the faint of heart!
